Digest subscriptions
Each row is a person; each column is a morning email type. Check the box to turn that email on for the selected hotel (or for the whole portfolio where the column says so). Uncheck to turn it off. Use the clock on a row you already set up to change send time or the weekly recap day. Portfolio-wide digests ignore the hotel picker. Everyone needs an email on file for Chavi to send.

Each rule fires SMS or email when its condition is met.

When occ_pct is < 40, notify via email. 1 day max between sends.
